Video Overviews
TREATISE: The following Online Videos require the latest version of Windows Media Player. Please click on the link to the left to make sure you have downloaded the right version for you operating system. The links below are references to three connection speeds. If it is underlined then it is available otherwise please be patient as we continue to load the streaming files. As far as the right connection for you, if you are on anything beyond a dialup, please try the top link first as some DSL/Cable/ISDN people can actually connect at our finest quality deliverable. If that is unsuccessful then try the next link. The Internet is strange and some dialups can get to the second high speed link while others on high speed can only use the dialup connection. If you are a dialup customer, then you must have a solid, solid, solid dialup connection. If you can see the little blinking modem lights in the bottom right corner, then roll over and make sure you are higher than 28.8Kbps. If not then call your provider to dial into a 56K or better modem with V.90 or better protocol.
In your setup of Windows Media Player, please be sure to engage full buffering and acceleration, which is the normal setting when downloading the Windows Media Player. ALSO, make sure your hard drive has plenty of space. Some of you have no hard drive space and therefore as the media begins to stream, there is no place for it to go. On my little "laptop" I have to go to Control Panel--> Programs-->Accessories--->System Tools and run Disk Cleanup every day.
TIP: Please go to Windows Update at http://www.windowsupdate.com to scan for updates that you might need to ensure you have Flash and upgrades so that running your computer, even an old one, will be as fast as greased lightning. Also, consider buying Norton System Works 2003 or 2004, as this will fix all of your windows registry and system registry problems for you. It has helped many people keep their system running smooth. You can buy off of Ebay or http://www.symantec.com or at Best Buy, Staples, office Max, Office Depot, etc.
Again. We run Norton System Works at least once a week, clean hard drives daily for temp files from the Internet and keep all the current patches and upgrades from Microsoft installed. In your Internet options setting, we set our Days of History to keep 1 day only.
We eventually look to have Real Player as well. This will be one more way the Concept-Therapy Institute looks to provide instruction all over the world.
