Privacy Policy
A recently adopted federal law requires the providers of certain financial services or products to provide their clients and customers with a statement of the provider's policies regarding the privacy of the client information. That law applies to certain services which we provide to individual clients. In compliance with that law, we are providing this notice to all active clients of our company.
Our Policy
While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our customers' trust. Keeping customer information secure, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at Concept-Therapy Institute. Here then is our promise to our individual customers:
We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information you share with us.
We will limit the collection and use of your information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to you, which includes advising you about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
We will permit only authorized employees to have access to that information. Employees who violate our privacy policies will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
We will not reveal your information to any external organization unless we have previously informed you in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by you, or are required to by law.
We will tell you in plain language, initially and at least once annually, how you may remove your name from marketing lists. At any time, you can contact us to remove your name from such lists.
Whenever we hire other organizations to provide services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
Information We Collect About You
We collect non-public personal information about you that is provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization.
Parties To Whom We Disclose Information
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as required or permitted by law. We provide access to non-public personal information about you to those members of our firm who have a need to know that information to provide services to you. In addition, we may provide information to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you.
Protecting Client Confidential Information
We retain records relating to the services we provide so that we are better able to assist you. In order to guard your non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards which comply with our professional standards and applicable laws. We also require our employees to adhere to our confidentiality policies in an effort to protect your confidential information.
Your confidence in the manner in which we protect your confidential information and our professional responsibility to you is very important to us. Please call if you have any questions regarding this notice.
Sincerely,
Concept-Therapy Institute.
